Great location. Everything was as advertised and the local agents were easy to deal with.

What amazing place and well suited for a large group. The setting was ocean perfect. The property managers made checking in super sleek and ever so efficient. And on top of it all my family reunion was big hit. Memories at Del Mar beach will be cherished by us parents/grandparents. The downstairs bedroom was great for those of us with stiff knees, fun sand toys for the granddaughter and a very well stocked kitchen. We hope to repeat this trip annually.

We stayed as a family for the week and just loved the house. it's a great layout with good bed and bath rooms, a well stocked kitchen, plus several levels to keep everyone busy. And the ability to walk down the back steps to the beach, with all the accompanying chairs & toys, kept us from wanting to do much else! the management company were super responsive and attentive before and throughout our stay. highly recommended !

We have rented a property on or near the beach in Del Mar for eight of the last ten years. It is our chosen spring break destination to break out of the cold in the Idaho mountains and enjoy the surf and sand. There are a great many opportunities on the Pacific Coast Highway for cool surf towns with good vibes, but we think Del Mar is the best of the best. Tom and his TR Davis team make staying at this house on Ocean Front Avenue a complete pleasure. The house is well outfitted, and is comfortable for our family of five (three kids ages 12 and under). We spend a good deal of time on the beachfront patio enjoying the sunrises, sunsets, and beach life and activities. The location is the BEST. The house itself is very nice, perhaps a bit outdated, and "lived in," but that is something we like about it (did I mention that we have three kids under 12?). This is not a house you feel like you need to tiptoe around in for fear of breaking a Tiffany lamp. This house breathes a surf vibe. I have recovered from a stingray sting in this house, and put many many Legos together in this house. I have taken surf lessons with my daughter in front of this house. This house is among the best of the the VRBO properties I have encountered, and I am a frequent VRBO user. Note: This is a big house, with what amounts to four levels. Don't be afraid to invite friends or relatives to join you.

This beach rental was very comfortable and spacious. The bedroom off the kitchen was perfect for my 90 year old mother so she didn't have to climb the stairs. The home is perfect for watching all the activities right out front, and the beach is very safe for our grandchildren. We stayed for Thanksgiving week, and it will definitely rank up there as a wonderful memory. It is also very close to Legoland and the downtown shops/restaurants of Del Mar. The home is very livable. When we first arrived, we weren't crazy about the location of the kitchen, but after one day, we actually didn't spend much time in the kitchen. We totally hung out in the living room from morning until night. Also, the laundry facility is a nice to have feature. Michelle and Melissa were always quick to respond to my texts, and Tom, the property manager, is just two doors down if you have any major problems. A very nice place to spend a vacation.

This beach rental lives up to the billing. The living room, ocean front bedrooms and deck views are breath taking. The kitchen has everything you need and the beach equipment, umbrellas, etc make you feel like you're right at home. The location is very walkable to town and restaurants. Not much to not like.
